Fiber Craft Demonstrations
Crafters and artisans will share their specialties at 10 am, 12 pm and 2 pm each day in the Demonstration Tent on the Central Lawn.
Fiber Micron Testing
Thanks to the generous support of the American Sheep Industry Association and Bob Padula, we will have the opportunity to offer micron testing to sheep exhibitors and Festival participants during the Festival ($3.50/sample) with same-day results. The number of samples per farm may be limited according to the demand. All wool entries in the Fiber Show will be micron tested
Bob Padula is also offering a short lecture series.
Guilds
Knitting, spinning, weaving - guilds of all kinds participate and contribute to the Festival each year. Demonstrating, sharing, and teaching are only a few of the ways guild members contribute. The Festival would like to thank them for all they do - at the Festival and in their communities. Look for some of these guilds on the Main Lawn at the Festival.
If your Guild would like to be present at the Festival we still have a few spaces on the Central Lawn. Please contact Kristy Bellavita.
Hands-on Activities
Look for the Activities Tent on the Central Lawn. Activities will take place at 1 - 3 pm each day. Some activities may have a small fee to cover the cost of materials.
